Viacom18 Network calls for MediaE2E's EPG services

Viacom18, one of India's premiere Television Broadcasters, signed on MediaE2E for its EPG related service offerings. The contract is for multiple channels within the Viacom18 bouquet.

MediaE2E runs a multi-platform, multi-device TV Program Guide that already serves several million consumers. The multi-platform offering across Set-Top-Boxes, Online and Mobile is the first of its kind to emerge in India. MediaE2E's Set-Top-Box EPG has scored very high in multiple quality tests conducted by the company in partnership with a host of DTH, IPTV and Cable companies. MediaE2E's Online and WAP service – ZipAZap.com caters to TV buffs searching for their favorite programs at the click of a button. This service is getting extended into several SMS Daily Advisories serving consumers with alerts on their favorite TV interest areas.

With this arrangement between Viacom18 and MediaE2E, the quality of information about Viacom18 content offerings will significantly improve as will the reach within different technology platforms and devices.
