MediaE2E, Oracle and Wipro Infotech announce formation of Media Technology Consortium

MediaE2E, a leading strategic media and entertainment technology group based in Mumbai and Hong Kong, Oracle India Private Limited and Wipro Infotech have announced the formation of a Media Technology Consortium to address the growing technology requirements of the media and entertainment sector.
The objective of the consortium is to design state-of-the-art information systems using the world’s best software and technology solutions. MediaE2E, with its domain expertise and niche applications solutions for the media and entertainment industry, Oracle with its media and entertainment industry focused business applications and Wipro with its infrastructure services and system integration capabilities present a unique consortium focused on meeting the emerging IT requirements of the media and entertainment industry in India as well as globally.

Globally, Oracle is one of the strongest players in the media and entertainment sector, with all the top five media companies in the US running Oracle Applications. “Oracle has been focused on the media and entertainment industry for several years. The consortium is in the process of meeting top broadcast and media and entertainment companies. The alliance is expanding its focus on other key Asia Pacific markets in the coming months.
